About JJF Maintenance LLC

Our Story

JJF Maintenance LLC is a home maintenance company based in Nashua, New Hampshire, run by owner John Jaramillo. The idea behind it is straightforward: take care of the jobs that keep a house looking and working the way it should, and do them properly.

The company focuses on three kinds of work: interior painting, laminate floor installation and door replacement. They are the projects that change how a room looks and feels, and they tend to come up together when a homeowner decides it is time to freshen a room.

How We Work

We try to be easy to deal with. Every project starts with a free quote, and we are glad to explain what the work involves, how long it should take and what affects the price before you decide anything. If your project is outside what we do, we will say so.

Each job is planned around your home instead of a one-size-fits-all checklist. An older house near downtown Nashua needs different prep than a newer one, and the humid summers and dry heated winters of southern New Hampshire change how paint, floors and doors behave. That local knowledge shapes how we quote and how we work.
